of the Prekk8 Platform

1Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and prekk8 ("prekk8", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online entertainment platform accessible at prekk8.cam. By creating an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept this Agreement in full.

This Agreement applies to all products and services offered on the prekk8 platform, including live casino games, slots, sports betting, poker, lottery, live football markets, and any loyalty or promotional programme operated by prekk8 from time to time. Where a specific product is governed by supplementary rules, those rules are incorporated into and must be read alongside this Agreement.

2Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below:

• "Account" — the personal registered account held by a Member on the prekk8 platform.
• "Balance" — the aggregate of real-money funds and bonus funds held within a Member's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by prekk8 subject to wagering and eligibility requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" — funds deposited by the Member through an approved payment method, expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise specified.
• "Wager" — any real-money or bonus-funded bet placed on any game or market offered on the platform.
• "Turnover Requirement" — the minimum total wagering volume a Member must complete before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required to authenticate a Member's identity.
• "Platform" — the prekk8 website, mobile application, and all associated digital services.

3Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to the prekk8 platform is strictly reserved for individuals who are aged 21 years or older. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you satisfy this minimum age requirement. Prekk8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3.2 Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for ensuring that participation in online gaming and sports betting activities is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. Prekk8 does not make any representations about the legality of its services in any particular location. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active registered account on the prekk8 platform. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice and any balance held within those accounts may be voided. If you have forgotten your login credentials, please contact our support team rather than creating a new account.

4Account Registration

4.1 Accuracy of Information

When registering an account on the prekk8 platform, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prekk8 may request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, proof of address, and documentation confirming your payment method. Accounts may be restricted pending completion of KYC. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify prekk8 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Prekk8 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

5Deposits & Payments

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

Prekk8 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. The availability of any payment method may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit is RM30. Maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method, ranging from RM10,000 for certain e-wallets to RM50,000 for DuitNow transfers. Members may apply for increased limits through their account settings subject to enhanced KYC review.

5.3 Processing Times

E-wallet deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow are processed instantly. FPX and online banking transfers are typically completed within 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations, typically within 10–30 minutes.

5.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a Member has expressly selected an alternative supported currency during registration. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are borne by the Member.

6Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw

Withdrawals may only be requested once a Member has completed KYC verification and met all applicable wagering requirements. A minimum single withdrawal amount of RM50 applies. Prekk8 processes most withdrawal requests to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and connected e-wallets within 3–15 minutes of approval, subject to verification checks.

6.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed to the same channel used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Prekk8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that falls outside normal pattern parameters.

6.3 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Winnings

Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable Turnover Requirement. Until that requirement is met, bonus-derived funds remain non-withdrawable. Attempting to withdraw before satisfying the Turnover Requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Conditions

All bonuses, promotions, cashback offers, birthday rewards, referral bonuses, VIP tier benefits, and any other promotional credits offered by prekk8 are subject to individual promotion terms published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Turnover Requirement) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering on different game categories (slots, live casino, sports betting) may contribute to the Turnover Requirement at different rates as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Prekk8 maintains robust monitoring systems to detect promotional abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering solely to complete a Turnover Requirement, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and collusion between Members. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and bonus balances forfeited.

7.4 VIP Programme

Participation in the prekk8 VIP Programme is at the operator's discretion. Tier progression is based on eligible wagering turnover within the applicable assessment period. VIP benefits, including cashback percentages, birthday bonuses, and dedicated account manager access, are indicative and subject to change.

8Gameplay Rules

Each game available on the prekk8 platform is governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction, game round results from that session may be declared void and stakes returned. Prekk8 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to any specific game or market.

For sports betting markets, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and live football events, official event results as reported by the relevant governing body shall be used to settle all open markets. In-play markets may be suspended at any time without notice at prekk8's operational discretion.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the prekk8 platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false identification or misrepresenting personal details during KYC;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate money laundering or other financial crime;
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any other multiplayer format;
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or pricing discrepancies in any game or betting market;
• Chargebacks or disputed payment reversals without first engaging prekk8 support;
• Any conduct that disrupts the fair operation of the platform or harms other Members.

Violations of this section will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the prekk8 platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, text, software, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive property of prekk8 or its licensed suppliers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of prekk8. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted solely for the purpose of accessing and using the platform in its intended manner.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, prekk8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including losses arising from internet outages, third-party payment delays, or server interruptions.

Prekk8's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds deposited by that Member in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

12Responsible Gambling

Prekk8 is committed to promoting responsible participation in gambling activities. The platform provides voluntary tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. Members experiencing difficulties with their gambling behaviour are encouraged to make use of these controls and to seek external support.

13Suspension & Account Closure

Prekk8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A Member has breached any provision of this Agreement;
• Prekk8 suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• A Member requests self-exclusion or voluntary closure;
• Continuing to operate the account would conflict with applicable regulatory obligations.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than Member breach, any remaining Real Money balance (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method following completion of KYC and verification procedures.

14Amendments to These Terms

Prekk8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to communicate notice of such changes through the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Members who do not accept revised Terms should close their account and withdraw any balance prior to the effective date of the changes.

15Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws in the jurisdiction under which prekk8 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be referred to the prekk8 customer support team for attempted resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable competent courts.
